Once you buy your lot at Paraiso de Amelia, we can assist you with all aspects of creating your vision. For instance, just imagine how simple it will be to select a house that fits your needs and leave the rest of the work to us. Carlos A. Pizzi is our on site project manager and lives in San Juan del Sur. We have plenty of house designs for you to review and customize if necessary, or you could come up with your own plan. We can oversee your construction from start to finish and ensure the quality that you expect. You can just move in without any of the hassles of building in a foreign country! Our construction meets North American building standards!

 

TAXES

To pay your taxes in Nicaragua, you will need to go to the catastral office of the Mayor’s office.
There, they will look up your lot(s) and tell you what you owe. You then pay at the cashier’s cage
by check or cash. Taxes are due by 31 March of every year. If paid early (January), you will get
a 10% discount. If you pay late, late fees will be applied. The late fees accumulate daily, which means
your tax bill will go up very fast. Unfortunately, there is no way to pay the taxes except in person.
You or someone acting on your behalf will have to physically do this.
No power of attorney is required to pay the taxes.

 ASSOCIATION FEES

Association fees are $50 per month. Please refer to the Association Documents
available for your review in English or Spanish.
