We are a group of friends and family who have varied areas of expertise including investment and finance, real estate, marketing, construction, and sales. Our associates, with whom we work closely, will assist us in transforming our vision of a high quality, environment-friendly community into your reality. We will have on site management of this project throughout its duration.

The Gale family has been involved with construction, development, and real estate for many years. Pat Gale is a recently retired Minneapolis pipefitter. Issy has been a Realtor over 30 years and also volunteered for years in the local youth wrestling program; making it into one of the largest youth clubs in Minnesota. Their son Jim completed college as an All American & NCAA national champ, inducted into the National Hall of Fame in 2004 then Inducted into the MN State University Hall of Fame in 2007.

The late 1990s found Jim doing what he loves to do--traveling. He spent several months living in Australia, visited Kenya as the guest of the Massai tribe, and wandered through Thailand and Pakistan.

In 1999, Jim returned to Minnesota and became a mortgage originator. Within a year he became the founder of Mortgage & Investment Consultants, a venture he started in his parents' basement. The company is now one of the largest brokers of mortgages in the state and boasts over 400 employees and loan officers.
